Jamie Wally drives business growth to enhance business continuity in new areas. He develops and nurtures strategic relationships to drive sales, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives.

Wally also researches business development strategies and collaborates with marketing and sales to implement them. He leads new market research and utilizes his wide network of contacts to report future industry and market actions.

Wally has been with WOW Logistics since 1999. He started as an Account Manager and has since held multiple positions, including Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales before taking on his current role of Vice President of Business Development. During his time at WOW Logistics, Wally has gained extensive knowledge in the industries that WOW Logistics does business with to drive sales and position WOW as a leader in food-grade third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

Bob Balgemann is WOW Logistics’ President, overseeing several functional areas within the company, including Third-party Logistics, Contract Operations, Transporation, Supply Chain Consulting, and Technology Solutions. Each functional area has a specific and crucial role in enabling WOW to deliver integrated supply chain solutions to our customers. Balgemann is responsible for ensuring WOW’s operating business units and professional service departments collaborate effectively and are aligned toward company growth and delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers.
Balgemann has more than 25 years of leadership experience with various industry-leading logistics solutions providers, including Dell, Intel, Asurion, Clarcor, SeMaTech, and Avnet. He held various positions in engineering, operations, information technology and program management. Prior to WOW, he was with GEODIS, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for logistics support for all high-tech and healthcare clients.

Arvind Goyal leads WOW Logistics’ Project Planning and Implementation (PPI) Department, which delivers advanced supply chain solutions.
Goyal oversees new operational opportunities, providing a robust structure to each phase of the process and ensuring each function is fully supported and equipped with the tools, skillsets, practices, and procedures needed to deliver exceptional service.

Prior to WOW Logistics, Goyal was with XPO Logistics Inc. since 2017, serving as Director of Solutions Engineering, Operations Excellence, Systems Deployment and Testing, Process development, and Training and, most recently, Executive Director of Solutions/Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Systems, and Process Enhancements. He oversaw multiple sites across the nation serving world-renowned brands and Fortune 500 companies. Goyal was responsible for leading the implementation of logistics operations, overseeing new facility launches, and building effective performance indicators. He used Lean Six Sigma methodology to coach employees to exceed productivity and quality metrics and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Goyal holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering, a master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering, and an MBA in supply chain and finance. Additionally, he holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma.

Jay Patel has been working with Schuman Cheese for over 5 years as Director of Warehousing and 3PLs. Jay has over 35 years in supply chain, distribution, operations, and production management and has worked with multiple 3PL (NFI, DSV, Deluxe Media, & more) providers for a number of years. Jay strives to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of employees and customers he works with.

Thor Berg, Assistant Director of Customer Supply Chain, has worked with Hormel Foods for 28 years. He has held leadership roles in various areas of supply chain including warehousing, transportation, production planning, distress inventory sales, and deployment. In November 2022, he accepted a new role leading the Customer Supply Chain team, which includes customer service entry order, vendor managed inventory, as well as a newly created team called customer supply chain analysts. This team can talk the same supply chain language as Hormel's retail customer's supply chain staff, working to drive out waste, inefficiencies, and create mutual win/wins. Thor holds a BS degree in Physical Distribution and Transportation from Western Illinois University.
