Felix is the North America Food Safety Manager for the Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Team for Commercial Food Sanitation (CFS). In his current role, Felix partners with CFS clients in further developing their food safety culture with a focus on sanitation programs, hygienic design, and food safety related continuous improvement. During his career, Felix has gained sanitation and food safety expertise working in various food industry positions such as a corporate sanitarian, sanitation director, quality assurance director, chemical supplier technical service & sales account representative, and in various front line management positions within food plant sanitation, and quality departments. Additionally, Felix has past operational experience with RTE packaging processes, grinding & formulation operations along with red meat boning, and harvesting operations within the meat industry. Felix has supported a large variety of food and beverage operations along with pet food, and cosmetic operations both domestically and globally. Felix has furthered his education at both the University of Cincinnati and University of Phoenix in Business Management.
