Terri Borneman serves as the Director of Quality Assurance for Jones Dairy Farm. She is responsible for in-plant technicians monitoring the people, procedures, and products as the first line of defense in identifying food safety and quality concerns; the regulatory affairs team reviewing HACCP documents, labels, and claims for compliance; and JDF’s ISO 17025 laboratory performing analytical and microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, and the facility’s environment. She is a participant in in the Emerging Leaders program and the Protein PACT liaison for Jones Dairy Farm. Terri earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
