Edwin Botero is the President of Su Karne USA (Viz Cattle Corporation), where for the past 9 years has supported the growth of SuKarne’s beef exports to the USA, which today exceed $800M annually. Mr. Botero joined Viz Cattle in 2011 as Vice President of Business Development, and in 2013 he was promoted to President. Prior to joining SuKarne, Mr. Botero served 13 years as VP of Beef and Pork Exports to Latin America, starting with ConAgra in 1998 and continuing with JBS until 2011. Before coming to the meat business, Mr. Botero filled senior roles in other international commodity businesses, including 11 years in coffee and 2 in spices.
