Amber Larson is the Corporate Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager of Science & Technology at American Foods Group, LLC. In this capacity, she oversees the pork slaughter facility in the areas of regulatory affairs, food safety, quality assurance and animal welfare and assists with the beef slaughter facilities. Amber also analyzes pathogen and microbial data for plant process control performance. During her time with AFG, she has helped start up an internal laboratory and now oversees the laboratories day-to-day operations. Amber received her B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
