Melissa leads Red Flag’s operations across the Americas and is also Executive Director of the Washington International Business Council (WIBC). She advises on policy issues and strategic responses, with a particular focus on navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in the food, agriculture, and consumer goods sectors. She was previously Senior Director for Global Strategies at the Grocery Manufacturers Association in Washington, DC. Melissa began her career in the U.S. diplomatic service, serving overseas and then in Washington, most recently as Special Assistant to the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment.
