Kristin Lindahl is the U.S. Regulatory Affairs Advisor for Cargill Protein North America, where she supports regulatory compliance efforts for over 40 meat, poultry, and egg establishments. A graduate of Virginia Tech, she has over 20 years of experience in the meat industry serving in various food safety, quality, and regulatory roles with Smithfield Foods prior to her current position at Cargill. She was formerly a certified HACCP trainer and is currently a PAACO Red Meat Welfare Auditor and has served on the Technical and Regulatory committees for NAMI, NTF, and NCC.
