Brenden McCullough is currently the Vice President of Technical Services for National Beef Packing. He has been in the industry for 30 years spending most of that time in the food safety field. Brenden has spent 8 years in the Technical Service division with IBP where he worked in numerous plants, the corporate office and as a QA Manager. He has been at National Beef for over 20 years and has been involved in NAMI, BIFSCO, SWMA, STEC CAP Grant, and many other industry committees over the years.
