What to Expect Onsite / Code of Conduct:

This year’s event will need to be different as we all work together to end this pandemic. We are regularly reviewing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s, Occupational Safety and Health Administration's and World Health Organization’s updated recommendations on hosting large gatherings and workplace safety to ensure we are doing all that we can to provide a safe meeting environment.

The NAMI staff will be working closely with the Texas A&M University to provide a safe and clean environment to hold the event. We are all in this together and that will require that we all agree to abide by a code of conduct.  As stakeholders, we all have a role to play in the mitigation of COVID-19 risks. If we can collectively adhere to the code of conduct, we are showing a sign of respect to our fellow industry colleagues and advocating for the well-being of our fellow global citizens.  Please click here to view the Code of Conduct that you will need to agree to at the time of registration. Please note that these guidelines are subject to change and attendees will be notified of any changes.

We have partnered with The George hotel for attendee sleeping rooms. The safety of guests and our associates is, and always has been, our primary concern.

The hotel is committed to staying ahead of industry best practices using all resources available to, including Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines, local, state and federal guidelines and expert recommendations.  View all of the health & safety protocols in place at the hotel.
