Jenny graduated with two B.S. in 2010 and has been in the field of food safety ever since.
She has been a regulator, third party auditor and now a senior manager with Wendys for over 7 years. Her passion for the cattle industry began here and she has been managing this category after shadowing the area for two years. She works with our packers, processors, feedyards and, newly this year, some of our cow calf operations. She has written and implemented Wendys’ animal care standards program for cattle and serves on the board for the beef industry food safety council and on the board for the Better Housing Egg Layers research being done at Purdue University.
