Jim has been with H-E-B since 1997. He is responsible for the development and Management of H-E-B’s Animal Welfare, Market, Seafood, Deli, Restaraunts and Meal Simple Quality Programs.

Jim was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, attended Texas A&M and graduated with a Bachelor of Animal Science in 1992. He worked in several beef plants before Supervising Beef Quality Assurance for Wendy’s International.

He and his wife Nicole have raised 4 children Harlee, Sierra, Jack and Luke and live in Universal City.
