Mindy Henry is currently Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance for the Pork Division with Tyson Fresh Meats. She received Bachelor of Science with a Beef Production Option at Oregon State University and Master of Science in Animal Science with Meat Science Emphasis from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, she was hired by Tyson Fresh Meats and currently has 13 years with the company. During her career with Tyson, she has held various roles within the company in Food Safety and Quality Assurance and Animal Welfare.
