Ann Stahly is the Senior Director of Animal Welfare and Pork Quality for Smithfield Foods. Ann has spent over twenty years working in the area of Animal Welfare and is an active member of the NAMI and National Pork Board Animal Welfare committees. She is PAACO certified for Meat Plant Auditing, TQA and PQA+ advisor, and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certified. Ann attended Texas Tech University where she received her Bachelors and Masters in Animal Science.
