Kimberly Herinckx is Vice President of Food Safety and Quality for One World Beef, LLC. One World Beef operates a large-scale toll processing beef slaughter and fabrication facility located in the Imperial Valley of California. The facility specializes in grain fed Holsteins, Wagyu, and Beef/Dairy cross cattle.
The business is based on value added attributes to each animal from Organic to Natural and NHTC.
Kimberly has worked in the meat industry for 28 years with roles in Quality, Food Safety, Auditing, and Livestock Program Development. She has the unique experience of growing up on a purebred cow/calf operation and showed registered cattle thru 4H and FFA on the local, state, and national level. Kimberly received her BS from Oregon State University with a Beef Production Option and Meat Regulation Specialty.
She has influenced the industry as a member and officer for: the National Hereford Women’s Board of directors, Fair boards and FFA advisory boards. Herinckx is currently a member of the North American Meat Institute Animal Welfare Committee and is a certified PAACO auditor for both Beef Feedlots and Meat Plants.
