Jim Edwards, Director of Project Management of Engineered Systems for Provisur, has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, most recently as an Assistant Vice President of Engineering at Lopez Foods before joining Provisur Technologies. In his role at Provisur, Edwards is responsible for the development, testing and implementation of key projects. In his role with Provisur, Jim provides technical application support and lead Project Management for the company’s engineered systems projects.
