Topics of discussion will focus on the most important regulatory and trade issues for meat and poultry, including what the change in Administration may mean for the meat industry. This session will provide a trade update including west coast ports and shipping issues as well as addressing regulatory areas such as food safety, worker safety, labeling, animal welfare, and other relevant priorities. The session will help attendees understand what issues to be prepared for in the coming year.
