US Sustainability Manager
Belinda Richardson is a U.S. Sustainable Sourcing Manager at McDonald's. She leads sustainability for various categories in the U.S. including beef, eggs, fish, oil, pork, potatoes, and produce, as well as Supply Chain Water and Human Rights. She has a MSc. in Agricultural & Resource Economics from the University of California, Davis. She brings more than a decade of experience working in animal agriculture around the world. She is excited to be working for a company that shares her values around the importance of sustainability for building resilient agricultural supply chains and ensuring livelihoods and thriving food systems well into the future.
