A former NLRB field attorney, Amy focuses her practice on traditional labor matters and employment litigation for both public and private sector employers with an emphasis on NLRB and state labor and education labor board proceedings, union organizing drives, NLRB-conducted elections, arbitration cases, and contract negotiations. She has served as lead negotiator in hundreds of collective bargaining negotiations in both the public and private sectors, as well as lead counsel in numerous arbitrations and labor board proceedings. In 2020, she was elected as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is the immediate past Management Chair of the ABA's Developing Labor Law Committee and the President of the Chicago Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association.
