The conference featured several sessions, including a session on building an effective talent strategy with Alex Chausovsky, focusing on key insights designed to help business leaders and decision-makers elevate their talent-focused activities. Additionally, we launched our first-ever workshop on science-based target initiatives and tactics to improve employee engagement and retention, and the 2022 award winners were formally announced.
