Dr. Emily VanLeeuwen is a Licensed Psychologist for Marathon Health. Marathon Health partners with employers to make healthcare work better for their employees. The goal of Marathon Health is to provide care that’s convenient and easy to access. Marathon Health offers a fundamentally different healthcare experience focused on wellness before, during, and after a visit. Dr. VanLeeuwen joined Marathon Health as a Behavioral Health Counselor in December of 2020. She provides outpatient psychotherapy services to employees of the City of Overland Park, KS and the City of Olathe, KS through their on-site Marathon Health Centers.

Dr. VanLeeuwen received a Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology in 2003 from the University of Arkansas. She attended graduate school at The Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri where she received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (MA, 2005) and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (PsyD, 2007). She is a Licensed Psychologist in Kansas and Missouri.
