In this capacity, I lead, train, and develop a team of 60 employees in HR, training, organizational development, benefits, safety, environmental & health services to support the achievement of performance targets and goals. I oversee the responsibility for managing a full spectrum of HR operations, such as benefits administration, staff training and development, succession planning, employee recruitment and retention. I develop and implement a comprehensive employee recognition program as well as administer the Company’s Ethics and Compliance hotline. I design benefit program in compliance with Affordable Care Act. I implement solutions in collaboration with senior leadership and managers to achieve performance excellence.
