David is a Member of Cozen O’Connor and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been leading Cozen’s Coronavirus Taskforce since its inception in early 2020. He partners with clients to offer practical solutions to labor and employment problems of all sizes and shapes before they end up in litigation and represents employers in employment litigation and union related matters. Because of David's common-sense approach to labor and employment issues, he is often quoted in newspapers and magazines.
