As Director of Human Resources for Agri Beef, Sonja is responsible for fostering Agri Beef’s unique family culture and delivering solutions that ensure our people strategy and programs meet the needs of employees across the organization. Prior to joining Agri Beef, Sonja served in HR leadership roles with T-Mobile, Comcast, and Photronics. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
